☐ Physicals, Dental and Eye Exams, Immunizations, etc
Have you made your appointments yet? Do you have the paperwork ready? You can turn in your completed health forms Monday through Thursday between 8am-4pm to the Board Office at 2803 South Banker Street, in Effingham. You can also bring your forms to your school's office when they reopen on or before Monday, August 3rd.

Know your child's important dates, including:

☐ Set Up MyRide K-12 and Submit Transportation Changes
Did you move? If your child's transportation needs have changed, notify the Transportation Department ASAP. Track your student's school bus, receive transportation updates, and stay informed throughout the year by downloading MyRide K-12.
☐ Complete Student Registration
If you haven't finished registration, complete it as soon as possible.
