2026 Special Event License Plates are available to anyone in our community. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, alumni, staff member, or community supporter, this is an easy way to support our schools in a fun, visible way!
For just $25, you can purchase a personalized special event plate (up to 5 characters) to display on your vehicle from March 19 through May 17, wrapping up perfectly on graduation day. Every plate purchased supports our Teacher Appreciation efforts, making this a small purchase with a big impact.
How to participate:Complete the attached form
Include a $25 check made payable to Effingham Unit 40
Include a copy of your Illinois Registration Identification Card
Mail before January 9th to ensure we can process and prepare the plates with the Secretary of State.
