All area student athletes looking to participate in school athletics during the 2025.2026 school year (**NOT including incoming 6th and 9th graders) can obtain a sports physical Monday evening.
Date: Monday May 19th
Time: 5:00 - 7:00pm
Location: Effingham High School main gym
Cost: $20 per student - cash preferred or check made payable to CASH
Who: All area student athletes
Paperwork: Bring the completed IHSA/IESA form with you - signed by parent/guardian
**6th and 9th graders are required to get a regular physical from their health care provider
